CLEANING

PRESSURE TESTING

LINE BORING

JET WASHING

ASSEMBLY

After careful and thorough inspection, the valves and valve guides are tested to avoid excessive oil burning. All valve springs maintain factory tolerances.We use only the highest quality valve stems to maintain complete operating integrity of the aluminum head. We also offer quality head gasket sets to assure complete adherence to quality standards.

VACUM TESTING

The final stage of complete repairing is thorough vacuum testing.This process assures proper sealing of all valves and proper cylinder compression upon installation.After testing, the aluminum head is inspected again prior to careful packaging in plastic, maintaining the cleanliness of your cylinder head.
